Do not believe any "5 star" reviews - this is far far from being even 3 stars. Adding how this incredibly faulty product wants you to keep paying for upgrades that do not improve the product at all, and I would say stay far far away from Syncmate. Today I spent 2 & 1/2 hours with a senior Apple Tech Advisor on the phone to help me finally remove the toxic code causing all the problems and it was not easy. Now here it is 2021, and I am just discovering that Syncmate left toxic code that had been messing up my OS X Contacts years after I stopped using Syncmate (the code became part of the Contacts save file). About 6 years ago I stopped trying to sync non-Apple devices and just caved in and bought an iPhone, using iCloud to get my stuff to sync properly. It always left contacts out, double listed other contacts, repeated / added the same contact notes again and again, etc. All the while attempting to Sync my contacts with my Apple Mac (OS X) computers.
